Bought in here today on the strength of the results and future growth. Quiet BB also a good sign, as pointed out :) GL all.

Super results, but still cheap, and a silent BB. What is not to like?

Thanks, that's a useful article.
It doesn't appear to have generated any interest so far though, the price continues to drift down.
I suspect that the founders will want to address the free float % at a rather higher price.

There's an interesting write-up in This is Money. The link is:

The trading update looks very promising.

I see that Mirabaud Securities has raised their target price to 343p [hxxp://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/76409/cdialogues-shares-up-13-after-trading-update-broker-mirabaud-raises-its-price-target-76409.html].
According to the broker note, the company has now diversified into Oman, Jordan and Lebanon.

I think the target price is far too conservative given the growth rate and the very modest pe ratio for 2015 of less than 6.

Ok, who bought 9 shares at 262p? Do you know something I don't?

Seriously, this is the quietest bulletin board for a company that I own shares in. What we really need is a trading update to liven things up.

I get that point Adam, however Ive looked at it from their point of view.

Until 3 months ago they were a private company, George and Pale could do exactly what they wanted with the company if so desied without any public scrutiny.

Why go the IPO route which would have entailed taking time away from daily affairs to construct an IPO document. Their accounts have to be far more detailed and open, you have to take on brokers/PR people etc.

In the last 18 months they've generated Eur 2.5M after tax profit, they could easily have satisfied themselves financially without a listing. They dont pay themselves exhorbitant wages if you look at the Eur160K wages bill which covers them, admin and sales people plus software writers.

Obviously a listing give a certain pofile and credibilty if used correctly when conducting business, I dont really see them going through all that just for personal gain when they clearly didn't need to.

They've stated their intent is to grow the business internally as opposed to buying growth which I think is where they differ from INTQ and probably why they left to start up themselves. That probably means a placing for an acquisition wont happen just yet but who knows if the right opportunity comes along. They dont need to raise cash otherwise, thats for sure. Not at the rate its currently being generated.

As they now have a market for their own shares maybe a director sell is next best way to improve liquidity, but that can be looked on sceptically.

Either way im not too bothered ill be holding for a while at least, besides as im ex Navy I couldn't miss the chance to buy into a company called CDOG.

All the best

Adam
Not quite sure what part of the co founders share holding makes you nervous. Is it the illiquidity or the fact that it gives them complete control?

Personally I dont have a problem with these guys, they left INTQ pre IPO to set up their own company, its their baby. They obviosly saw a business opportunity in a different geographical area to INTQ and operating similarly but at a slight tangent to them.

Obviously its early days yet but for a business that only started in 2011 they appear in pretty good shape. Not too different to SYQ in some respects.

Good luck either way
Steve

Just noticed these guys. the numbers obviously look great on pretty much whatever measure you pick....however the fact that 90% of the shares are owned by two individuals (and members of the management team) really puts me off. Can anyone persude me that I'm being too cautious?!?

Next Monday for results day, that should start getting CDOG noticed. Not even Proactive have covered these yet.
An excellent looking growth company in its infancy yet already making good profits and with net cash.
Also the co founders have an excellent pedigree in their field.

Not surprising share turnover is small, only 10% free float.

Virtually nobody knows this company exists; that's why it's so lowly rated. The turnover in the shares since it floated has been almost non-existent; most days have seen no share trades at all. I expect this to change after the results next month. The forecast for this year already looks too low given the positive trading update last month.

Just bought in here today. I notice the Greek sounding names of the CEO and CFO - is this a foreign company on AIM? Just looking for reasons why it appears to be so lowly rated given the existing and potential growth.

I bought a few shares before the results next month which I think are going to be pretty good. If the company makes its forecasts, the shares won't be at this level for long. It was a bit of a struggle buying the shares; the market makers seem to be very short. You can sell without any trouble but all of my buy orders had to go through the market makers. I see that someone else was buying today as well. I would like some more shares but I'll see what happens next week.
