Medq is now over 11 a share after riising 21% on friday. Would have paid to have held onto this! Value of it's shares in medq currently equal market cap of bay, so hardly overpriced at this level.

Wow, wish id held on now instead of selling at 78p! No idea why its jumped 33% today - other than maybe someone has twigged that MEDQ is at nearly $10 etc etc.

Well done Steg, you should never be afraid to take a profit and 101% is very good. I continue to watch here as well and see that MEDQ has fallen to nearly $6 a share from a high of over $9 a share. If MEDQ picks up then I will look to get back in but for now this looks fair value at the current 77-80p range.

Sold today for 101% profit. MedQ seems weak of late in the US, the broker target was 76p and the chart seems to show resistance / support at round about now. Also i dont understand the American accounts very well and its lonely on here and im scared! ;) Will be back if results give more clarity to the proceedings. Thanks for this one Nurdin.

Im afraid I have now sold guys. Took a 64% net profit out which aint too bad for 6 weeks. This has more to go for sure but the lack of liquidity really lets this one down. Best of Luck with it though.

Well it wasnt me who sold..... come on own up! Notice that 'Jefferies' have supposedly downgraded Cbay today to a hold. CBaySystems Holdings (Reg S) CBAY Jefferies Hold 68.00p 62.00p 76.00p DownGrade Although the target price is now given as 76 rather than 62p from what i can gather (which isnt much!) 'downgrades CBay Systems to hold from buy with a 76p target.'

(Nasdaq: MEDQ) today announced it has entered into a five-year $25 million revolving credit facility. The credit facility provides committed revolving funding through August 2014 and includes an option whereby the Company may increase its maximum credit up to $40 million, based on certain terms and conditions. The credit facility is a working capital facility that may be used for general corporate purposes. The Company does not currently anticipate borrowing under the credit facility. Separately, the MedQuist Board of Directors, at a meeting held on August 27, 2009, unanimously declared a special cash dividend of $1.33 per share on MedQuist's common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 15, 2009 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 9, 2009. While the analysis of the tax impact of the dividend has not been completed, the Company expects a significant portion of the distribution will not be a taxable dividend for U.S. income tax purposes. Robert Aquilina, Chairman of the Board, stated, "In declaring this special cash dividend, the Board considered the Company's financial position, earnings, earnings outlook, capital spending plans and other relevant factors. The Board continues to explore opportunities to enhance returns on shareholder equity." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So thats a big divi payment to CBAY then? Or us?

SAC bought in with Lehmans before the takeover of MEDQ so my guess is SAC now have all the holdings from Lehmans as well. I wouldnt be surprised if it was someone like SAC who bought the recent batch of 50k's....

Up again. nice to see. Spread now 2p again either way. By the time results come I guess the numbers will now all be factored into the price as the Mkt cap must be nearly £90m now??? still a long way short....
