Initial Cash Distribution

In accordance with the Circular published by the Company on 30 October 2015, the Company will make an initial cash distribution of 158.27923 per Share to Shareholders that have elected for cash or deemed to have elected for cash pursuant to the Scheme.

In accordance with the Scheme, any surplus remaining in the hands of the Liquidators on the conclusion of the liquidation will be paid to the holders of Ordinary Shares in proportion to their respective holdings of Shares on the Record Date. However, if such distribution in respect of any Shareholder is less than GBP5, it will be paid instead to MPT without any further MPT Shares being issued in respect of such amount.
