Catalyst Media Group Plc ("CMG" or the "Company")

SIS Dividend Policy

CMG is pleased to announce that the board of Satellite Information Services
(Holdings) Limited ("SIS"), of which CMG owns 20.51%, has adopted a formal
dividend policy such that at least 50% of retained earnings are to be paid out
on an annual basis subject to cash flow requirements.

On 2 August 2007, in line with this dividend policy, the SIS board approved a
dividend of £10 million in respect of the retained earnings brought forward
balance as at 31 March 2007, of which CMG will receive £2.05 million, payable by
31 August 2007. The dividend will be applied in full to the repayment of the
Company's facility with Investec Bank (UK) Limited, which will bring the balance
owing to under £3 million. The Company's total indebtedness after this repayment
will then be reduced to under £6.8 million.

plus the tax asset, handy to have some losses in the property world. Obviously this is just pure speculation...

The Market Cap is north of £10m, so error on this board's market cap.

I have given up with this and look in occassionally.
I have personally written off my investment so I don't really care.If the bid goes over 1p I will be estatic!

But why are Gartmore still interested, now holding 21% or 1/2 billion shares?

Any gossip on the missing dividend?

This board makes it look like an investment company with a Property slant.
A listed vehicle has an intrinsic value of about £500k to 1m
So we have a net value of £1.8m ish for the remaining assets/liabilities

Strange goings on here.

Because if you sell SIS will pay a huge divi and the share price will rocket the day after.

Anyone got any reasons at all no matter how small, why i should keep this share? The only reason i kept them originally was because of the SIS dividend. Obviously something has changed at SIS that they will not be paying this dividend as expected, not to mention the dilution!, so why hold?

Has anyone an explanation for the strange price behaviour at around 1.30/1.45pm today? Down .25p and then straight back up without any sugnificant trading activity. It happened on Tuesday as well - and think it happened one day last week as well.

Duffen has bought Hull FC - oh my word. The great thing about sports clubs is that you can make highly leveraged bets, options even, using sophisticated market makers - Ladbrokes, William Hill etc - where is my cheque book... I will have £10k (nothing compared to money wasted on CMX on Hull FC, please). 5/1, is that all I get for the odds on them to be playing div 2 football in 2 seasons time, I will leave it for now. Come on you Tigers!

wrap SIS up and distribute what cash is left

Does anyone on here know the markep cap for SIS.

Interesting to see a 2.5 million sell go through yesterday just above the bid. Also Tringo should be launched soon so newsflow on its way.

Interesting RNS re: directorate change. Three new non-executive directors AND that they effectively represent shaeholdings of around 40% of the entire company. Wonder what they may have planned? (Neither here nor there, but Sir David Frost has moved on.....)
