08/2/2017 09:51 | Could be a rollover ( just but very unlikely ) I suppose if you can find the original 20 day old or so or any other corresponding T trade. Not much volume here and I can't. Not worth discussing. You've done the accounts thing. That was something you tried to float months ago. I agree there are still unanswered questions surrounding RCN/Weaver and Mxcp involvement. | suneday
08/2/2017 09:30 | I also think as a matter of urgency the accounting policy here should be investigated by independent auditors to see if there is anything dodgy going on re the booking of orders and payments AKA RCN. Just in case. I am asking around and hope to instigate such an investigation asap. For the best n all that. | chimers
08/2/2017 09:11 | Chimers' artistic interpretation still somewhat 'basic', though showing imagination. Nice markups on both. Volume, as always, excellent by Chimers. Overall, going through to the next round will be tradermel on content. | suneday

30/1/2017 08:44 | From Mxc website - Kestrel liked it to start with and still do. MAX ROYDE KESTREL INVESTMENT PARTNERS MXC Investor & Co-Investor “Having benefitted from MXC’s track record at Redcentric and Redstone, we have been corner-stone investors in Castleton from the beginning. We like software businesses with strong vertical differentiation and a solid growth strategy that focuses on cash generation. We have been impressed by the speed at which a meaningful public sector software business has been built.” | suneday

29/1/2017 22:52 | Kestrel and MXCP now own way more than the amount which would trigger their requirement to make an offer for the company IF they are working in concert? Thus it needs serious and urgent investigating by the FCA and the shares imo should be suspended meantime. SOMETHING STINKS HERE IT REALLY STINKS. | chimers
29/1/2017 22:48 | Kestrel and Smith could be in serious trouble. They look to me to be acting as a concert party? If so then this is highly illegal. Best let the FCA take a look. The whole thing stinks and after the RCN fiasco it highlights why CTP and all other related companies need urgent investigating. The share price action here has been ludicrous and would be at 10p if it were not for behind the scenes manipulation imo.? SOMETHING STINKS. The market is on red alert with these guys and it wont take much to tip this over the edge. Kestrel and CTP/MXCP relationship seems very incestuous. This is very alarming in my opinion and will require some deep investigating imo. | chimers |
