It should start moving up again soon and it's got a lot of ground to make up.

Fundamentals, then good for a growing company, have improved since it started the rather contrary to performance share price decline.( though it did experience a difficult time in company integration, now complete )

Kestrel bought the sells in stages all the way down.

Now with excellent product integration (which has become key to success in the housing sector ) of rich and complementary best in breed solutions, which were already successful as 'stand alones' in their own right, it is well set up to take continued greater advantage of cross selling, as well as attracting new customers as shown by recent contract wins.

And with the share price sat at 'rock bottom', CEO has bought in along with Mxcp adding.

Castleton (AIM: CTP), the software and managed services provider to the public and not-for-profit sectors, announces that on 25 January 2017 MXC Capital Limited, of which Ian Smith, Executive Deputy Chairman, is a substantial shareholder, purchased 160,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 53 pence per Ordinary Share.



MXC Capital Limited now holds 18,954,336 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
