Not strictly so, according to Homes 2016.( Nov. Olympia )

Bear in mind, all activities administered by tech., and good tech. leads to efficiency and effectiveness.

Homes is the largest event in housing, focussing on residential development, strategic asset management and procurement solutions
40% of visitors to Homes had budgetary responsibility in excess of £500k
London Councils representing 350,000 homes attended last year
55% of the largest developing housing associations attended Homes 2015
70% of visitors to Homes are from a senior decision making level or above
40% of the top 100 biggest housing association maintenance spenders in 2015 attended Homes
Housing associations are currently looking to commit to 50% more development with the offer of grant flexibility
More than 5 million social and affordable homes in the UK need to be maintained and repaired, so despite the current economic climate, continued spend is guaranteed
The sector supports Homes! Associations including BRE, Buildoffsite, DCLG, Federation of Master Builders, Inside Housing, Institute of sustainability, NFA, RIBA and RICS are all supporting Homes for 2016

"X" wants out

"Y" agrees to oblige and take them at a set price.

Once all the new shares are dripped in and soaked up by "Y" they then give the sponge a good squeeze and you lot get WET.

AGAIN.

Anything else just holler.

This is the same pattern as the last freefall.

Its a sell sell sell sell after sell sell sell at a fixed price (so someone can exit)
And then its WHAM DOWN 10p in an instant.

Not good guys not good.

It will be yet another debt for equity swap being front run imo.
None of the debt holders want to told the shares for love or money it seems.
And its worse because they are ALL company insiders (management)
They look to be offloading as quick as they can before the NEXT bombshell if you ask me.
And who would know better as to what might be coming ?

Hmmmmm

is it a secret placing?
adascogne

Adas, you'll find that usually when that happens a placing has occurred,i'm thinking if lucky around 60p and someone/s are shifting them @ 65p.

More debt perhaps? but either way,it will return to placing price and below, there is perhaps a buying opportunity around 55p,but until then I wouldn't want to be left holding any of these.

Non stop selling and non stop pump and dump on LSE is all the warnings you need.
This is a MEGA AVOID!!

Loss making company with around £9 million pounds of debt.
It is WAY WAY OVERVALUED.

We think Kestrel are still buying, expect half a tick to a tick down and then straight up. For us it is a hold and stay long.
