Ahhhh its ok guys you can stand down ...............they are not 3%of the fund but are still holding over 3% of CTP shares for now and dont have to RNS until they drop another 1% or go below 3% whichever comes first.

As the funds worst performer though I bet they wish they had dumped :)

What is clear though is that CTP is listed as the TOP worst performing share they hold for this period!!
It is TOP OF THE WORST DETRACTORS LIST.

Oh my, how things change eh!!

Thats why you have to stay sharp and move with events a fund cant move as fast as us we have the edge on them in this instance.

It could of course just mean that they dont hold 3% worth of them in the fund as in 3% of CTP shares does not equate to 3%of the fund so it is no longer on the top ten holdings list.
But not to worry they are going to clarify for me shortly.

It should now be clear that with the change in circumstances of 365 Agile, and having taken the mobile solution in house, Castleton's relationship with 365 Agile is in accordance with the relevant agreement reached and communicated to shareholders.

To answer the second part of your post.
The company has made it perfectly clear in its last update, but not apparently to you, that there were cash collection issues during the implementation of a new finance system as part of the adoption of a common accounting platform across the group.
These issues have been resolved, as stated in the update.

To answer the first part of your post.
Ctp.has brought the Agile mobile in house. It is not ' spurious ', as housing association customers have found.
Incidentally, Castleton acquired a further compatible mobile system with Kypera.
Castleton's range of products is now fully compatible with the Microsoft based Agile mobile system, and customers can therefore rely upon its continued availability in support of the other products and the ability of the company to develop all it's solutions in house according to customer requirement.
