take a close look at the top right hand chart...







. Time between Bottoms


Analysts pay close attention to the "size" of the pattern - the duration of the interval between the two lows. Generally, the longer the time between the two lows, the more important the pattern as a good reversal. Schabacker warns investors off of a pattern where only a few days intervene between the two lows.



(personal comment....the time scale between the two bottoms suggest that when the double bottom breaks....it could explode.....ie...surge past the 27p mark. I`m hoping that Novembers news will create this scenario.)

I`m surprised that Summers has been so laid back with this company...at Nelson Resources he was so dynamic,vibrant,ambitious, full of energy, never out of the lime light (mind you , he was a major shareholder and went on to sell his shares for many millions of dollars). I know this man has the ability to pull this company round...We`ll have to wait for Novembers news....and the result of the Production licence application...along with the field report. I KNOW THAT SUMMERS CAN PULL THIS COMPANY ROUND.

the share price rose by 29% through 61k of buys...then a 5k sale bought it back to plus 3%....strange...this share need news.

Following your original post about RAB, which included AST on the list, people on the AST board are saying it is actually in their Energy not special sit fund. I googled it and the list looks quite different from the one you posted. Can you say where you got it from and when it related to? Would be really helpful to me as I'm in AST quite heavily and it seems unclear! tia

Got little choice really but to hang in here... still pleased with final top-up at 10.5p a while ago although it's not looking so clever today! Down down 600 odd. The US deal will eventually be ratified and we'll all be off to the races again - it's almost boringly predictable now.

off/topic...but thought I`d post this out of interest. RAB Special Situation Fund have holdings in the following companies....and have asked shareholders to sign up to a three year lock-in period as from October the 1st, ie, Wednesday......or they`ll liquidate the Fund. This has been a demaclese sword hanging over the AIM oily`s since the collapes of Northern Rock...If I`ve presumes correctly then the majority will sign up to the lock-in period....as Mittal, the Indian metal Baron, with about £200m invested in RAB has, in effect, the final say.As from Wednesday on wards I expect a general sea of blue in AIM stock.....this may explain why the stock has been depressed of late...(note 196....just under the `holdings in company` notification)

pick any two or three of these....and you`ll find a common factor.....ALL have slide south over the past twelve months since RAB`s disastrous Northern Rock `Investment`.

up 10% on 1k of buys.....the market is manipulating the share price..



sorry I`l rephrase that..up 10% on 1.5k of trades...of which a third were sells.....which begs the question...why are market makers creating a market that induces sells?....would it not be more prudent to leave the share in `limbo`...unless of course they`re getting ready for the next news items....and eradicate any profit from the nervous PI?

The end of November will be interesting to say the least..CEK gets the Official States Reserves Report on East Zhagabulak.....together with the conclusion to the application for the Production licence, not to mention the results for the third quarter...If `The Report` is favourable ..then common sense would dictate that further wells on East Zhagbulak would be the way forward...as the current field is producing 784 bod.

CLEO..if you look at the top right hand six month chart, you`ll see that a `double bottom` is forming...and with news in about six weeks time and volume gradually increasing....(I`ll say no more)...mind you for the `break-out` to succeed, it would need to hit 30p...first.( a double bottom is a very rare event with this chart)....to ensure the success of the double bottom, it would need good news at about 15p.
