21/1/2013 11:13 | Based on Aussie closing price last night (according to my estimates), CCVU closing bid price was $1.205 which is approx equal to 80 pence. I suspect that people hanging on or buying are looking at buying the shares at a 15% discount to the Aussie price. | d40eq6
21/1/2013 11:09 | So the listing is too expensive !!!!!!!!!!!!! So is losing 15% of the value of your company. | gorilla36
21/1/2013 11:08 | peraps the australians will pick these up as a bargain when their stock market opens - hence price bounce back? | jostler
21/1/2013 11:00 | I'm putting this one down to experience- fortunately got in before the recent rises into the eighties. Haven't got a lot of confidence in a company (foreign or domestic) that treat shareholders like this- even if we are only 0.33%. | d40eq6
21/1/2013 10:56 | What a bunch of f'''''' morons. Totally iresponsible. Basically they have shafted their shareholders now they have what they want. | gorilla36
21/1/2013 10:43 | Thanks Mallorca - so why the fall in share price on this news? Are we likely to bounce back up once the shock has worn off? Not sure whether to buy more! | diabhal
21/1/2013 10:42 | Means also when you sell money will be in Aussie dollars so some currency risk. | mallorca 9
21/1/2013 10:40 | Yes...not sure why it panics investors? | gswredland
21/1/2013 10:37 | diabhal, it simply means that you will n ot be able to trade on the LSE. You will still own the shares and can buy / sell on the Aussie exchange. | mallorca 9
21/1/2013 10:28 | Can someone explain to me what this listing cancellation actually means for shareholders? | diabhal

16/1/2013 14:25 | mattafc Each to their own, but this is how I use AR's to work out a fig for myself Cash & cash Equivalents minus Long term debt Some people will slay me for only using Long term debt figs. So be it. DYOR | wasteman2004

30/11/2012 15:48 | I decided to take the plunge on Thursday after trading resumed and the price started rising, it gave me some confidence to buy in and I have a nice little profit now :) I have reservations too but the figures look good enough for me to take the risk. | markw996
29/11/2012 13:12 | The performance is fine, and it didn't worry me that trading had been halted. Sometimes if a company is doing well it simply needs more cash to expand, which is a good thing in my opinion. However, I don't like the 'cashbox' approach that they took. Promising times ahead for CCVU, but the management will need watching and I have some reservations about expansion due to forthcoming legislation on pay day loan industry. That said, it doesn't worry me enough to sell. | wasteman2004
27/11/2012 18:21 | I was monitoring these at 50 and wished I bought some as they went to 65. Looking at the financials, their net debt is 38m and their retained profit is 28m. The latest RNS suggests that a shares issue might be required to raise funds. This plus a trading halt isn't good news. I can only assume they're struggling since their last accounts were filed or need extra money for something? Who knows. PS, I would have sold on the back of that RNS if I were invested. | ouni
27/11/2012 12:27 | I'm fairly new to buying shares again (after bitten badly when Ronson go delisted and not selling) but I was wondering if there were any warning signs that CCVU could have been potentially risky after it's 21% drop (and still falling) apart from it having a quite low market cap? I ask as I was researching this one last night and the low market cap, plus the fact it could have broken out a bit too far were the only negatives I could find. Thanks, M | markw996
