I have similar thoughts, but as to keeping up to speed on developments I doudt any small PI has a chance with so much going on that we are not privy to (my apologies to any small PI that does know whats going on through diligent homework or a nod and a wink, please ignore the above, and if you feel the inclination could you bring the rest of us up to speed). Many thanks.

And what has happened the powerful owners? They are squabbling about the delievery from the directors, (Max et al) and they are being voted off.

Can't say I'm keeping quite up to speed with this debacle, but there is not enough visibilty for me to re-enter just yet. Good luck to the brave.

so quiet period news-wise ahead of next month's EGM

did see this comment, dd. 7th of Jan 2008 (poster down under, cpn thread)

"It is worth noting that Credit Suisse two months ago took a large position in this stock (via a special placement) at 30c on the basis of its powerful owners. Stock has been knocked back to 13c on weak volume. Looks a good speculative buy."

Chopsy think you are right. To sounds to me Energo feel that thinks arent moveing as quick as they whant so with new people comeing in things should change if i had more funds i would be topping up. I feel its a good buying opp.

Aren't they the ones who got them appointed in the first place? I'm confused. Could there be a buying opp coming up?

So its Energo holdings whant them out. To me this sounds like good news, with Andrew Meyster joining us with his past record that has to be good and frank Giraudeau aswell sounds like Energo whant things moveing a bit faster.

Theres been no news all th way down from 15p to 5p- so i m not surprised that a major shareholder has complained that they havent come out on a RnS and announced "Theres no reason that the management can see as to why the share price is falling" as I ve seen from other companies.

chopsy, I sold out of this in June, at similar prices to you. Can't see any reason to buy back in if there's a large shareholder unhappy with board members. Nothing seems to be happening. Unfounded load of hype in the summer with idiots (posters!!) forecasting £1 a share soon....usual tripe from usual idiots.

Sold on the way up. (8p, 11pish)

Looking for re-entry, but only if the conditons are right. What's this about expelling the new directors, is it that the others no longer believe they can deliver a suitable acquisition?

The chart formation suggests a massive H&S, and uite some downside.

Keep watching.
