ok tolstoi
let's forward this to bensh in an email and have him respond...you ok with that?
i know who you are...you're house isn't in order either...where did your rigs come from? didn't bensh try to provide you and your partners with seed capital to start your own drilling business? were not your costs significantly higher then you forecasted?

i agree with you
when i invest with bensh next time is on a solid business plan, based on producing assets...not mega upside on a potential acquisition in ukraine.

i'm amazed at how polarising this guy is for the three to four posters here...myself included...i haven't been here for months and why i'm responding is boggling to me...respectfully, i'm going away again, good luck to you all and again, Tolstoi, you may want to look at yourself and your business partners before blaming Bensh for your business failing...and to call him unethical, really, give me a break, he's not Mark Tolley or Frank Timis, bribing people or dealing drugs to get through life...for chrissakes, he's a former DEA Special Agent in the USA

he put too much faith in hares group and that sunk the business (pushing hard to do rc and not giving up on it; doing the silver point financing; etc)

So this really bright guy made all those mistakes and drove the company into the ground.....good performance?

i don't think it fair for people that know someone to judge them...

I think you meant to say that people who DON'T know someone shouldn't judge them....you are probably right.

I have to say that if Bensh issued a prospectus detailing his plans to resurect Cardinal and asked shareholders to put up funds,he would get nothing from me.If he became involved in any company I was already invested in I would sell at the first opportunity.
It might be unfair of me but so what,it's my money not his.

bb44, that makes sense. I did enjoy your postings, I just don't like Robert Bensh very much. Good luck with your investments (bensh or non bensh related).
If you had my experience with him, you wouldn't like the guy. I was forced to leave Ukraine through his risk taking and was nearly declared bankrupt.

btw, I recovered and came back stronger than ever, and had Bensh tried to empathise with my situation, then I wouldn't have disliked the guy, I mean we all make mistakes. But rather than being sympathetic, he just ended up verbally abusing me in a barrage of personal emails.

again, good luck to you.

btw, bb44, I always suspected that you were Bensh (you knew too much Ukraine related stuff), but your grammar and spelling is far too good. Please tell me my suspicions are wrong.

LOL

You call Bensh a good guy yet he has squandered your shareholding through poor management?
Tell me when I will get my money back then and how/why
