Correct me if I am wrong, but:

* CLY hold 722,900 shares in Private Trading Systems from RNS of 28-Jul-06

* On current PTSP mid price of 9p , value is approx GBP 65,000

* CLY market cap is approx GBP 1,260,000

* PTSP stake is approx 5% of market cap

* Last reported cash was approx GBP 927,000 (30-11-06)

Given above, I'm not surprised that we don't see any change in the CLY price

PTSP now 8.5 / 9.5, but not a single trade in CLY

This is turning out to be quite a good investment. If this continues CLY should surely start to respond soon.

Grant of New Options Approved


Private Trading Systems Plc (PLUS Ticker: PTSP) announces that they have
approved the granting of new options in the Company's shares to option holders
who held options on the shares of Private Trading Systems Inc. This follows the
transfer of the subsidiaries of Private Trading Systems Inc to the Company last
month.

At the board meeting on 5 July 2007, it was agreed that 7,450,000 options to
subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company for a period of seven years from
the date of the meeting, exercisable at 7p, would be granted to the existing
option holders listed below, reflecting options previously granted in Private
Trading Systems Inc., and to Robert Stewart to reflect assistance given by him
in shareholder relations.
