He bought another 750K on the 22/5 which looks to be his most recent buy. :)I'm assuming he won't be buying many more as he approaches the 30% takeover threshold...?Cheers.

His last buy on may 19 gave him 200,823,107.

He now has 201,573,237

Greetings CR. Yes, that helped to stir my interest (among other things, including a very positive write-up in IC). These have been on my watch list for some time, but only now have they come to the top of the 'Buy' list when funds are available. Sailing John also bought in today.

From the results:

" Based on 2014 Proforma Mall Operating Profit we anticipate this will result in a full year dividend payment for 2015 of at least 2.9p per share. "

So 'at least' 5.15% yield here.
