Results out, and very positive.

2015 dividend projected as at least 2.9p per share, well above current analyst forecasts. NAV up to 60p.

Well it's been a good year for tidying up Capital & Regional. Once Germany completes, it looks like it is just Snozone and Lincoln to go and the restructuring is done. It's taken a long time, but things are looking better here with a tighter focus and good yield.

CAL has announced final disposals today that allow it to push ahead with planned conversion to a REIT on 31st Dec 2014.

Can anyone add experience of how this conversion to a REIT may impact the company for existing share holders.

Am I correct in thinking that this 3pct rise has a 6pct effect on NAV of the mall holding as it will be about 50pct leveraged?

Open offer at 47p seems to be over-optimistic and unlikely to be taken up, if it is voted through.

Didn't they sell some property assets some time ago and now buying again?

I haven't kept up with this one. Need a long term holder to brief us all on whether any profits/dividends are forecast.

Or can it be valued on NAV?
