LONDON--Cape PLC (CIU.LN) said Monday the historic insurer employer liability claims with Aviva PLC (AV.LN) have been settled and now withdrawn, with no admission of liability and each party bearing their own legal costs.
The international provider of critical industrial services to the energy and natural resources sectors added that the settlement doesn't require any cash payment and will require no material change in the existing IDC provision of 172.5 million pounds ($213.7 million).
Shares at 0725 GMT up 3 pence, or 1.2%, at 245 pence.
