Director Share Dealing
The Company was informed on 19 October 2015, that on the same day R&H Trust Co (Jersey) Limited (the "Trustee") as trustee of The Raksha Trust (the "Trust"), a Jersey based discretionary trust settled by Ravi Kailas, the Chairman and CEO of Mytrah, of which he and some of his family members and also a philanthropic trust are discretionary beneficiaries, purchased 436,530 Ordinary Shares in Mytrah at 59.88p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, the Trustee has an interest in 94,751,030 Ordinary Shares representing, in aggregate, approximately 57.90% of the issued share capital of the Company for a beneficial class comprising Ravi Kailas, some of his family members and a philanthropic trust.
