If I can get in sub-1p bumfluff I'll be delighted, laughing all the way to the bank as the share price rises.

The Co intends to raise funds for Exploration Phase 1, for completion in Jan 2011, via..

a) 3,100,000 subscription shares @0.005p, so raising £155k
b) EMMEF loan facility of up to £750k


Following completion, the 3 investment gurus on BoD are going to be seeking £5m for starters on the bulk mining op.

ok. if i am not asking for too much, could you kindly see if you could ask the question to clear the air about the £750k placing and the "inital investigations shows significant quantity of antimony" attributed to MH by daily express publication today?
i am still trying to see if i could take time off work to attend, not succeeded yet but will press harder.

why did you say express jorno hsn't read up properly? i assumed he spoke to or did an interview with MH as he was quoting MH in that write up.
correct me if i am wrong.
anyway maybe this confusion will be cleared up at the AGM on thursday. anyone here attending?

I think not. Express jorno hasnt read up properly. Publicity should raise the first day price somewhat.

please don't aunction any human being for anything afterall when you make the money what will you do with it? is it not to take care of the same human being that you are thinking to aunction? look at bill gates, warren buffet, michael bloomberg all promising to give out their billions to charities. maybe because we don't have it yet that is why we think it is the most important, let's us learn from those who have accumulated it and realise that it is not the most important thing. moderation in our quest for financial success please. i also speak to myself too about the above i just wrote.

lol solaking i think mate you will need to join the queue..been spending weekend organising funds..goes to 0.25p will buy 2 mill and if goes to 0.2p will buy 3 mill....if we get 0.1p...then bob and his uncles will be auctioned off and all put in here...:) getting ready for the mayhem next week..will be nice to see how the fireworks go off...:)

Did I say 10m. Meant 1m top-up. Buying pressure is going to be intense, so could be difficult to get any around 0.2p with only 25% tradeable. Will shoot on news through rest of 2010.

keya, no m8 it not official but as china produces 90% of world resourses and decides not to export imo it just the same.expect prices to continue to rocket to £10k tonne even 12-15k tonne.

Antimony is not an official REE though at $10000 per ton it's not that abundent!
