Yes, all sounds fantastic. This is all shaping up to be the window that ARLE need to get a very good price for EXPRO. That deal is obviously the maker or breaker for our investment here.

At 10:34 this morning 40k traded @ 530p. For the avoidance of any doubt that wasn't me (!); but I would love to know the direction of that trade.

I made a small top-up after reading of the CEO's share purchase. I suspect his purchase of 12,500 shares at 521p, taking his holding up to 17,500 shares, will prove well-timed ahead of the disposals being worked upon as part of the liquidation programme. With the NAV discount at 27% our mutual top-up seems justified!

Looks to me like a rather significant Director purchase.

CEO Malcolm Fallen buys 12.5k @ 521p, taking his holding up to 17.5k.

flyfisher - good find; but I see that was last June so surely we should be hearing more about that before too long. Of course it was Stork/Fokker which knocked 67p off our NAV last year.

Yes, all shaping up nicely for their disposal programme, provided market conditions remain favourable for the next 6 months or so.

Bloomberg reported last year that Fokker were looking at an ipo and that a disposal was expected over the next year, with Fokker/sts having been split prior to sale, perhaps we will hear some more on this over the coming months.
