11/8/2015 11:27 | Anyone still. Holding this, needs their head looked. | 11_percent
11/8/2015 11:12 | of course the last thing i am going to spend my time doing is gloating and saying told you so just reminding others who asked where philjeans is of his past | the stigologist
11/8/2015 11:04 | Let's not delight in the misfortune of others. Far better to channel your scorn at the regulators and other "experts" who either did not see this coming or who sat on their hands while some small investors were heading towards the inevitable crash. | caradog
11/8/2015 10:47 | Of course I can not take all the credit for destroying philjeans, his own greed and stupidity are the main perpetrators of his downfall. | the stigologist
11/8/2015 10:40 | the FCA link is below topvest, use it ;o) | abcd1234
11/8/2015 09:40 | Well Caradog, judging by the content of his posts I suspect he pumped and then dumped (perhaps in his jeans, who knows) leaving more genuine speculators like poor edmundshaw in his wake. I do feel sorry for those taken in by this scam, it was even lent some legitimacy by Simon Thompson at the IC who I thought more of tbh. I notice his last post were trying to pump some dodgy looking penny share called Thoughts. Edited to say that the RNS is probably the funniest thing I have ever read, worth a read even if you are not invested. | nehpets81
11/8/2015 08:54 | are the directors still filling their boots, sorry, trainers...? | mister md
11/8/2015 08:41 | cara - from the front or the back? | targatarga
11/8/2015 08:40 | Nehpets, if philjeans is still invested I expect he is filling his jeans... | caradog
11/8/2015 08:11 | SCAM-KIDS SHAM-KIDS One morning you'll wake up and all the money will be gone, they would have shut up shop and left. | lennonsalive
10/8/2015 23:46 | Reading back the last couple of hundred pages on this board is actually quite educational - I wonder whatever happened to that Phil Jeans guy? | nehpets81
10/8/2015 18:42 | What is even more unbelievable is that the LSE is just standing by and letting this happen. We all know what's going on, but they do nothing. Camkids and Naibu make Quindell look like a well run company! | topvest
10/8/2015 17:12 | You have to hand it to them (and sadly many did!), this is a pretty special con trick and they have taken millions from unsuspecting western investors who thought they were the clever ones buying at a bargain price. Today's RNS is special beyond words. I really believe that a lot of dishonest people really don't believe they are dishonest. They just think it is a game to make some money and "avoid" the rules that make life difficult and they feel outraged if their honesty or integrity is challenged. What is amazing is that they are even keeping up the pretence of this being a real business at this stage. Surely the Nomad must resign. | goliard
10/8/2015 14:52 | topvest... re your post 90 above, why not contact the fca etc with a simple email with your observation | abcd1234
10/8/2015 14:50 | i've added CAMK to my watchlist as a bit of entertainment, now that NBU doesn't exist anymore ... | mister md
10/8/2015 14:31 | In other words, sales that involve an obligation to buy back unsold stock are not sales at all. What are auditors for, if they can't spot a simple scam like this? | caradog
10/8/2015 14:27 | It is very interesting that Leo Malkin at Crowe Clarke Whitehill LLP signed the audit opinions of both Naibu and Camkids. | topvest
10/8/2015 14:14 | Absolutely disgraceful. You have to read the RNS with incredulity...you just couldn't make it up could you? Why would they take the stock back, unless of course none of the balances existed in the first place? The level of reduction in overall sales is also not credible unless the Chinese economy has gone into some sort of Greek meltdown which it hasn't. The whole thing looks like an optical illusion. I certainly wouldn't like to be the auditor that signed off their last set of accounts! | topvest
10/8/2015 14:12 | thank you kenny.... a detailed elucidation of what I posted in 1478 | soul limbo |
