In my view mine57 is a complete idiot at best. Ignore him. Give out updates on the bloody website then? Oh, no, there are none. he is now acting like a timeshare salesman to get people to an AGM where they can seek to sell this crock. The deluded arrogance is breath-taking... Oh this was the guy who stated we WOULD float last October...2trying. He will not answer you mate. He has no answers, they will not be answered.

mine57 - may I ask a question(s) to be asked at the AGM ?

sadly I cannot attend .

I note that Glencore has "turned the corner" , and is about to pay
an £800 million pound dividend to its shareholders .

I note that last year a number of Hedge Funds bet on Glencore's price falling .

I note that Ivan Glasenburg (Chief executive of Glencore) has put up
£167 million of his own money .

Accordingly , may I ask (at the AGM) ?

1 - what , if any , association do we have with Glencore ?

2 - what , exactly happened with Blue Crest ?

3 - do any past / present directors have any legal / moral responsibility
for what I regard as a fiasco re point 2 above ?

The insolvency company get firs divs and by the time they send letters to all shareholders at £2.00 a letter no funds left

Basically it'll allow them to raise further working capital by the method they plan to.

I see Burton clearly didn't retire/resign after all - as was announced last year. When was he re-appointed? Why come back? Is there an opportunity to trouser some money? Or just another scam like those dodgy Iberian Gold Bonds?

Maybe there's one last get out of jail card to be played? After all, they're sitting on assets worth something.

I never get any communication from them.Probably because my shares are in a nominee account. So the toss pots are up for another years trough snorting while the rest of us while our time away before the begging bowl makes an appearance.

AGM last Nov hence just assumed similar this year as the accounts issued about the same time although I have just had a quick look and nothing said
as to when held this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So perhaps this will be the next
announcement on web site?

AGM this month?????? Where does it state that please?

They said back in June when they published the annual accounts (still to be formally approved by shareholders btw) that they planned to hold the AGM within the next 3 months.
We are into the 5th month. Still no AGM called. Reassuring nowt changes here, eh?

Last November we had quite a flurry of snippets released, hence nothing other than accounts info, which is really out of date.. November 5th on the horizon along with
an update plus further snippets to digest? Maybe? I trust someone at the AGM this month will post info released to let us know the company still ticking.

Was suspicious of an evening call from America and a pretty basic looking website.

They hunt in packs targeting the weak and gullible. I reckon CMR's shareholder list has a prominent position in all scammers offices :)
