27/11/2015 13:31 | My feelings toward most aim stocks is they're only there for the management. If boards can milk the company/shareholders for years they will. Even if the mines a success will we ever see the result? Slot machines are similar..... Keep putting money in the slot. | targatarga
27/11/2015 09:58 | So, what's happening now? Have they raised enough funds to allow them to be actively pressing on with the re-list process, or has matter been put on hold until they see how much more money they can collect (and bank) between now and 20 Jan? A 2 week exclusive & restricted Offer gets a 2 month extension. Only with CMR. Only with CMR.......... LOL. | lochlea
26/11/2015 16:36 | The only shares issued will be for those who acccepted the offer and also those who increased there number above the 1 for 15 and because so few applied these will be accepted in full probably, although I did not increase as far to much money here to increase my risk (wife might leave) also the only way that I new the rights were available was looking at the website as Hargreaves Lansdown failed to inform me! I had to go online and look up the companies then indicate my interest and also inform with e-mail plus phone call to confirm actually being carried out.....very worrying as what has gone on with other companies that I have owned and not been informed about.. | maxwell
26/11/2015 14:23 | Thanks lochlea. Yes it was a short period to meet the deadline and I guess management thought because the amounts of money involved were pretty small, being it's a 1 for 15 offer, they thought shareholders would be able to decide pretty quickly if they wanted them, but you would still of had to move fast to meet the deadline by post. Like me you may have wanted to apply for more, and with Christmas around the corner, putting your hand in your pocket might not have been possible for some. For those who may of applied for more shares, it means they might not get them..so not sure how they can issue shares today and send out certificates without knowing the full number that's being subscribed for. | whoppy
26/11/2015 14:13 | I notice the letter on the Company website is dated 20 Nov (only taken them 6 days to post). There is another letter sent to shareholders dated 23 Nov. Both have exact same content. Only with CMR..............onl | lochlea
26/11/2015 14:00 | Letter now on Co website. Wakey, wakey!! | lochlea
26/11/2015 11:46 | I see the Offer has been kept open now until 20 January 2016. Justification stated = not enough notice/time given to shareholders to participate. Real reason (I suspect) = not enough money raised. It was always going to be a problem given the lack of notice originally given (barely over a week to 10 days). PPP planning precedes performance. Letter (dated 23/11) posted to shareholders. Nothing on Co website. No surprise there then!! | lochlea
23/11/2015 15:49 | Oh sorry wrong guy, I meant Mr Hall.. He say's he's invested in excess of £620k. Silly me..lol. I knew it was somebody. Anyone know what the surprise results were at Masa Valverde? Was it the zinc? or something else? | whoppy
23/11/2015 15:00 | More likely to be taking out yet another 20K! | liquid millionaire
23/11/2015 14:59 | He must be sticking in £20k. Already done £620k so another £20k won't be much. | whoppy
23/11/2015 14:30 | Someone on here said they were. Mr Slater said he was, presume the others will too. See post 17681. Speculate to accumulate and all that. | whoppy
23/11/2015 13:12 | How do you know the management took up their entitlement??? | lochlea
23/11/2015 11:53 | No not 3 million. I asked for some extra totalling 40,000. I cant see many taking up the offer, which is why I asked for extra, but if the management are taking up their entitlement, I guess they will suck up any excess as they will be in the know. I presume they are serious about relisting and have something of worth coming to the market. Be good if they get extra funding from new shareholders before listing, endorsing the company's value. | whoppy
23/11/2015 10:18 | whoppy, you had 3 million of these at de-listing then? Don't know whether to commiserate or be envious - if they relist at face-value you'll be £38,000 richer. Nice one. Especially after all these years. Offer is now closed. And share certificates being issued today according to their schedule. But no announcement as to how this critical fundraising actually went. Ain't that just typical of CMR? | lochlea
20/11/2015 14:15 | I think I took 40,000. Glencore taking a 60% equity interest in CMR. Buy out if the drilling results are what they want. Will get their hands on the biggest unmined deposit in Western Europe. | whoppy
20/11/2015 13:53 | Deadline today for offer. How much did they raise?..was it oversubscribed? | whoppy
19/11/2015 13:41 | Did anyone go to the AGM? | whoppy
19/11/2015 13:25 | Bit of an 'odd ball' outcome at the AGM ref Mr Jones? Did he have to be there in person to be voted onto the Board? | lochlea
12/11/2015 15:37 | They will need a discovery to get this back to market, they can hardly promote themselves on passed performance. Previous comments... Mine57.....Can't apparently say to much about operations because of competitors in the area AND CMR.. drill results better than expected. Could be they are trying to get a rumor going or they have genuinely found a vein. (and I don't mean the throbbing vein that is Lockylarlar) | 1399peter
12/11/2015 13:48 | A restriction of 1 for 15 is interesting. Tells me that by offering little shares, holders won't take them up, and this will leave more for those who are in the know. | whoppy
12/11/2015 13:32 | Or shall I await the buy target in the header | vauch
12/11/2015 13:31 | £33. OR NOT £33 That is the decision | vauch |
