I assume the IPO has hit the buffers?? Yet another best laid plan kicked into the long grass??

Sorry to sound negative....... but........ can't for the life of me see how they are going to successfully re-list on AIM unless Glencore can demonstrate in great detail that their drilling results prove to be exceptional. Even then how many shareholders will run for the exit door on re-listing?

Drilling update now posted on Co website. Bit short on detail (to put it mildly!!).

Not too different a posting to what was said 13 months ago. But if they relist on AIM in early 2016 as stated....... then fair play to them.

No mention of the IPO???!!

That was last years notification for this year so don't think it will take place.

Blimey....... notice of AGM posted today 26 October on website. The letter to shareholders is dated 28 October. Obviously getting ahead of themselves for once!!!

Still working hard on that IPO one assumes.

Appreciate calling an AGM is trivial in full scheme of things.

But if you sign off the accounts in late June and say 10 days later on the Company website that they are going to posted to shareholders "in a few weeks" with notice of an AGM date...... then you should do so. But here we are in October, several months later - and nothing. It makes them look very unprofessional & inefficient. If they can't action the simple and trivia like sending out accounts and calling an AGM, then what chance organising a successful IPO?

It just goes to show you what an association with this company has on the share prices of potential partners!

Blimey ...... Glencore lost 25% of its value just this morning alone.
Didn't think them doing business with CMR would have that effect!!!

Given the general state of the markets and the mining sector in particular and the difficulties some well run organisations are having raising finance........ this IPO for CMR will have to make pretty impressive & conclusive reading if it is to succeed. I'd be amazed if it happens this year. If it does they must be currently holding back from shareholders one helluva lot of material facts & figures.

If???? The Nomad is any good they will have taken over all the actions prior to flotation and issued a guide as to what and what not to do! plus what and what not to say???? Questions will be submitted to the Directors and depending on answers given, plus the facts displayed and shown to be so. There will be no flotation.

The nomad is the one that gets any aggro if a waste of time or info not materially correct? then the prospectus will be revised? Hence when the prospectus is issued on latest information supplied, and, a reccomendation written down for the guide to share price Then flotation must become the most accurate current value of the company
by the nomad. Otherwise the nomad out of business pretty quick.....

So then 3 months later the truth be known and a profit against share price stated or wish it had never heard the name!!!!!! and will not listen to the nomad again......

Generally good fun and quite a lot of money will move although into which persons pocket is speculation........ I hope that some return to me will happen but!!!! ??

Lochlea: They're too busy sorting out the float... Hardey dynamic management so funny. .. CMR has as much chances of floating as the Titanic.. All sad and totally unprofessional behaviour is my view. Nothing change imo

Hall signed off the accounts end of June.
Took 10 days to post on Company website.
Now into September and AGM still not convened.
Hardly dynamic management in action, eh?

I would say II's will be taking up a large chunk of this IPO. Can't see much appetite from existing shareholders no matter what gets written in the prospectus.

No advice intended of course, so don't spit your dummy out Lochy

Call me naive, but I cannot see Grant Thornton taking on something that did not stack up.
Can't see it being pay day for us existing holders either, but the opportunity at least to salvage something going forward, is better than a write off.
We shall see.

If nothing else - it'll be interesting to see how this pans out.
I look forward to reading the Prospectus. Let's hope it isn't as misleading as the previous times Burton/CMR had the begging bowl out. On 2nd thoughts it couldn't be. Impossible.
