Chairman's blog 31 July 2015

Good news! Following up on my last blog regarding moving CMR forward towards re-listing on AIM via an IPO.

As you know, to be admitted to AIM a company must have a Nominated Advisor (‘Nomad’) and a Corporate Broker, both authorised by the London Stock Exchange.

After a review of several potential candidates, CMR has this week appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP as Nomad and Northland Capital Partners Limited as brokers.

Now begins the hard but pleasant work to get the Company ready for IPO.

Kind regards,

Geoffrey Hall

dear oh dear... its like a merry go round...17603 post answers it all. As per my previous posts... No wonder shares in lieu of salary is an amazing deal... If not, and we have no update at all what they have been doing (by that I also their words have had outcomes)... it means... yep, you guessed it...they have been doing nothing.. Mine57 stated we would relist in Oct 2014. And we should hold him to account if we didn't... lol

Agree, an Admission Document is one of the rare occasions to get insight.

The secrecy will have to stop if and when CMR ask shareholders to participate in any inevitable major fundraising (when FULL disclosure will be the order of the day).

Anyone for a well dodgy IBG Gold Bond? Or want to purchase shares in CMR at 5p a share as promoted previously by Burton & Slater? I see from the AR that Slater has seemingly been granted £175,000's worth of shares in lieu of salary. Nice work if you can get it.

It is not CMR who is drilling, they farmed out the project to Glencore
And as it happens Glencore is a very secretive company
At most 4 lines of info will be all you get in the first phase.

Keep in mind, if they consider this to be mined in the near future, I suppose it has to be an UG-operation. As such a whole lot of expensive drilling and calculations are needed before you get a reliable paydirt model, also given the different polymetallic distribution in separate lenses.

On the positive side, you have to pleased a company as Glencore is interested.
On the other hand, it is a gamble by CMR: if grades/tonnage aren't economic according Glencore standards who knows what contractually was agreed with the Major.

We're now well into the 9th month since CMR announced that drilling had commenced at Masa Valverde.
Since then, there hasn't been a single drilling report published. I can't see why they have to behave so 'secret squirrel' about important operational and technical issues at Masa Valverde if all the permits are in place and legally watertight.

Usually small cap exploration companies bombard you with results of drilling hole-by-hole, geophysical surveys, geochemical surveys, process test work, geologic mapping, and gathering of samples etc............... the list goes on & on. Appreciate CMR are not yet at the important scoping and/or pre-feasibility study stage.

Well well, an Annual Report is out.
Masa Valverde historic data of 120Mt 0,5 % Cu gives 1.322.772.000 lbs
Valued 0,02 $/lb Cu that would make US$ 26,5 M, CMR's stake at 40% = US$ 10,6 M
Keep in mind a deal with Glencore has one winner only

Currently 130+ million shares with Glencore to get 78+million shares for there
work next year? and IPO to come with further shares hence our original shares at
Old money (reduced by 5:1) will not be worth anything like it paid, but maybe
a value that is worth more than nothing??? Plus possibly some blue sky!!!!!!
if taking part in the IPO fundraising, I think a little care reading the offer
may be wise?

Be optimistic. Be positive. But also try to have a critical analysis type slant on the situation too imho.

Don't forget - the prospectus they produce for any fundraising will be an interesting read as I assume they will have no option but to spell everything out in detail. Let's hope it isn't as misleading as the previous fundraise at 5p per share. That was nothing short of a ...........!! This Company carries a lot of baggage and raising major finance in today's market ain't going to be a walk in the park.

Update now posted on Blog.
Bit thin on detail and begs loads of questions, but if they manage to have a successful IPO in today's market they deserve all the plaudits going.

I see year-end Accounts have been recently registered at Companies House.
But nothing, as yet, posted on the Company website.

Does that say something to you?

I suspect everyone wishes you success in your endeavours. After all, not to do so doesn't make any sense. Just a pity there isn't more to show to everyone to evidence all the hard work you & Mr Burton et al must be engaged in. I appreciate sometimes best laid plans can come unstuck. Goodness knows that's happened often enough with CMR over past 5-7 years. Not least with that misleading fundraising attached to those well dodgy Gold Bonds. Also realise there could be some sensitive & privileged info you don't want to make public knowledge but it surely is not asking much for some form of an update? Actions speak louder than words. Quoted below is what the Chairman said almost to the day this time last July about 'updates'. Since when he has only updated his Blog just the once in 12 full months. And no update at all has appeared on the Company website during 2015.

This is what the Chairman said on 14 July 2014 :-

"There are more developments that your board are driving through, and I strongly suggest that shareholders and other interested parties continue to visit company website, where I will post further updates on the Chairman’s Blog"

Furthermore Mr Slater - below is what you said on this BB this time last year:-

mine57 - 11 Jul 2014 - 12:53:30 - 17469
.
"The aim has always been to re-list as soon as commercially viable, we are now pretty much there.

I am obviously aware of the projects we have and the ones we are about to get, that is why I suggest that interested parties keep an eye on our website and I am confident that the vast majority of shareholders will be extremely pleased with the substantial asset value will be upon re-listing."

Mine57 thank you for the information and continue we the good work, you already have Glencore which is great and your confident with the results of the second concession.

If both concessions are under CMR and no one else can obtain it, why do you have to be careful what information is put out. if anything the results being better then expected would maybe interest a company in buying us out, instead of spending more to relist ?

Your thoughts are welcome.

Just would like to make one thing clear, I stated that the reason there were no updates is because nothing is happening not that we were too busy. We were waiting for relevant permissions from the Andalucia authorities which we now have.

There is some news and I am seeing our chairman tomorrow and will request that he puts a notice on the company's website.

However I also reiterate that we need to be careful what information we put out in the public domain.

Slate states: "Not sure there is much point in writing anything as you don't believe any of it. However what would you like; a daily report of what we are doing? A copy of my diary showing meetings with nomads, brokers, Glencore, officials in Spain, contractors, new directors, board meetings, fundraising etc.. Or would you prefer me to say we are all sitting here in a big office with our feet on the desk smoking big cigars lit with £50 notes?".

As requested many times, its embarrassing reading your post knowing you run the company is my take.

1. You can write what you like, you are not believed as you have delivered nothing, but promise, and promised much.
2. We ask for a simple update summary. You don't provide one, as you simply have nothing to say, as you are delivering nothing but words.

Else, show us all on here your results? Excuses, excuses...

In short, I do not believe you guys are doing a thing. No evidence you have shown (not write as you write lots and deliver nothing), tells me any different.

At end 2013 115million shares approx hence a share consolidation unlikely, but a new issue very possible unless the chairman wishes to take more shares. But the most important item to me is back to the market and with a going concern in respect to actuall mining and production????????? with a real share price value.

I never expected to ever see this re-list so I am happy to wait and see what events unfold. We were told the possibility of a re-list last year and that has not happened, we are aware of a drilling programme that is expected to take around a year since beginning in November 2014 and now the possibility of a relist towards the end of the year. If a re-list happens along with decent drilling results then there is the possibility of a return. I shall not be added any other funds but await with interest.
