The neuroscience digital health company Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC (Cambridge, UK - LSE: COG), which develops and markets software products to improve brain health, announces that on 7 June 2017, the Company was notified that on that same day Andrew Blackwell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 131,095 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 109 pence per Ordinary Share. As announced by the Company on 25 May 2017, Mr Blackwell is standing down from the Board with effect from 1 July 2017. Following this sale, Mr Blackwell does not have a shareholding in the Company.
