Dublin/London, 22 August 2017: As previously outlined in the regulatory announcements of 11 January 2017 and 24 April 2017 made by Cairn Homes plc (ISE:CRN, LSE:CRN) ("Cairn ", or the "Company"), the Irish homebuilding company, Timothy Kenny has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company, replacing Eamonn O'Kennedy.
The Board wishes to announce the commencement of Timothy Kenny's role on the Board and as Chief Financial Officer of Cairn, and the resignation of Eamonn O'Kennedy from the Board and from his position as Chief Financial Officer. This is effective as of today, Tuesday 22 August 2017.
There are no details requiring disclosure for Timothy Kenny under paragraph 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange.
