Interim dividend for year ending 28 February 2017

Dublin, Ireland | 10 November 2016: C&C Group plc announces that the price of a New Share in respect of the Interim Dividend Scrip Alternative for the financial year ending 28 February 2017 will be EUR3.443240. As the cash dividend is 4.96 cent per share, the entitlement will be one New Share for every 86.775202 shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and one New Share for every 69.420161 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
