I discovered a new company that looks interesting and I will hold hoping they may become the next Overnet Data. My appologies to Dell for the other day.

LONDON (AFX) - BWA Group PLC said it is seeking a suitable acquisition in
the small or medium-sized sector and may consider another fundraising .
BWA today announced a pretax loss of 4,950 stg for six months to end-October
2003. However, the company pointed out that the results have little relevance to
its present state as they cover a period when it subject to a Company Voluntary
Arrangement and its shares were suspended from the Official List.
BWA shares were admitted to the Alternative Investment Market in December
following a placing that raised 310,000 stg.

Not as risky as some at this price imo. It's a clean shell with a small cash balance - it's not as though it is a heavily loss making company.

I've bought a small quantity of these as it looks an interesting shell. Another shell by Mr Redmond - he certainly has been busy and he has a few more lined-up; Stratus Holdings and Zoa Corporation to name but a few!

Still waiting to get a copy of the AIM prospectus on this one, although I have a copy of BWA's last accounts from Companies House. Anyone else got the AIM prospectus please?

I'll post a more detailed thread once I get the information.

200000k sell is a good sign. I think it's someone selling stock to give liquidity to the market. MMs can't make a market when there are all buyers and no sellers.
