eh topdoc? Your post is incorrect and i'm unsure of it's aim?

Director of IT company is no longer on the Board at BD (stepped down last year).
G Norfolk salary is paid directly to Acorn and R Hodgson direct to Medreality only, not that BD is using the services of the companies.

T Houstoun (BD founder) is not paid more than Carvell - if you are reading last years accounts is because Carvell did not have a full year.

The board of this co seems to be a bit of an old boys network .Co buys IT from one directors co.Co uses the services of Acorn Corporate finance of which G. Norfolk is a director and the services of Medreality estates if which R Hodgson is a director. Houston gets paid more than Carvell. If Carvell can do something similar to what he did at Business Post we are well away.

Director buying, sales contracts on the up, and profits on the way. Share price is in drift mode, however, you will, i am sure, be happy with the stock price this time next year. A bid is also on the cards, and in my view that could come any day.

Sales on the net growing at 20% plus, Every town,will have a pick up point for parcels, no need to wait in all day, just go to your local box, open 24 hours a day. Point here is,no need to sign for delivery, just put in the card,you used to pay for the goods, and the locker door opens.!! CUTS COSTS, a sure fire winner. This company is doing the dog work now, hang on tight.!!

Thats good, cash for old rope with those deals, and you can use the first as a showcase, director buy a few weeks ago, all adds up to a big rise in 2008.

Nice early buy this morning with a good tick up to follow,looking like this is will remain solid and not drop back. Will be interesting to see how quick the new 'Over night service' from Europe develop's in the next update.

Small numbers move it easily in both directions and probably someone who brought at 2p ish taking the profit. Tara is on the button, with a director buying a month ago, there as to be good times ahead for BDG with some profits to be made.
