Finals out:

Looks decent.Breakeven for they year but with H2 noticeably stronger. And have plenty of cash to take advantage of the economic downturn.

Cash = $10.6M
net working capital = $14.9M

But after year end cancelled 9.8M shares at 3.75p at cost of $555,000
So now there are 73.2M shares and

Cash = $10M = 9.1p
net working capital = $14.4M = 13p

Good update this morning. Mentions an approach.

"......In addition, the Board is now in a position to provide an update regarding trading for the year ended 31 December 2008. On 24 July 2008, the Company announced that it expected Adjusted EBITDA(1) for the year to 31 December 2008 to be between $(0.7) million and $0.5 million. The Board currently expects Adjusted EBITDA for the year to 31 December 2008 to be at the top end of this indicated range...."

H1 was a EBITDA loss of £0.2M so H2 has been much better.

It increases shareholder value significantly. I think its a no brainer to buy shares at this price. I just wish they'd have kept doing it.

They bought back for cancellation 9.8M (12%) of the shares at 3.6p yesterday. Thats increased cash per share by around 10% to 9.25p. Net working capital is about 11p. Given cash is king currently it should be pretty diffcult to lose out at current price.

RNS today. They are going to buy back shares and look for investments.

The business may be rubbish but cash is king in this market. Id have thought there would be opportunities to acquire complementary businesses on very favourable terms.

Hold a few of these. This has moved up a little the last couple of days, I wonder if the strong Google results were responsible. Looks pretty good value since profitable and valued only slightly above cash and below net liquid assets.

A few notes based on last results.

83M shares.
mcap at 8.5p = £7M

revenue $27M
Operating profit (before restructuring charge of $735,000) = $713,000
Interest on cash and other income = $650,000

cash = $12.583M = £6.363M = 7.66p
net liquid assets = $15M = £7.58 = 9.13p
