Customer service matters but most big companies encounter service failures. It is inevitable when you employ a large number of people. A sample of one is not statistically significant.
Personally I would not brag on a public bulletin board about my financial status or slag off other people when you have no information whatsoever about their status .
Your last para remark reflects badly on you and your character.

As a shareholder I would be concerned about customer service. I would be asking the question whether Minerve's experience is a one-off or whether it is still very much common place within BT's customer service. I wouldn't just be laughing it off and making light of an issue even if it is something so seemingly small.

That is what makes me a millionaire and you dear boy a sad little wanna be.

I was advising/telling shareholders on this thread that BT wasn't going anywhere 18 months ago. I have mentioned the reasons why and they have come home to roost.

Sit on your losses and cross your fingers.

There is no wonder I am successful and you lot struggle to make ends meet. LOL

Disgruntled BT customers like Minerve should direct their compensation claims to the source of BT's temporary cash flow problems .
The correspondence address is:
"The Mafia, Public Relations Department, Corleone,Sicily" .
Not sure who the leading Mafiosi is at the moment but if you ask politely they may tell you. Alternatively, any of the British injury lawyers will be happy to lodge the compensation claim. lol

In that case more apologies and explanations are needed.
By way of explanation : you may have heard of certain temporary cash flow problems resulting from certain Italian situations which on rare occasions may prevent our company from offering its usual high standard of service it normally aspires to.
May I also mention that due to its acquisition of a company called EE we now offer excellent mobile services which you may wish to try out.
With regard to the dog: it is of excellent breed and well worth investing in. lol

To me this is the best trade on the FTSE 100, CEO said dividend to grow 10% pa for next two years at least, yield 5.5%. fallen from 500p to 300p. Oversold. Should settle down around 366p. Still thats good value.

I will not receive any dividends because I am not a shareholder; you would have to be out of your mind to invest in this dog.

That's just not good enough. As a shareholder and joint owner of the company I sincerely apologise and express my hope that any dividends you receive will compensate for the poor service you have received ! lol

I am struggling to add to my largish position below 308 .
Short-term traders keeping price in a narrow range. That won't last .
