The directors of Alliance Pharma (AIM: APH), Motive Television Plc (AIM: MTV) and Brightside Group (AIM: BRT) will be presenting on Thursday the 16th May 2013.

Venue: Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel, 35 Charles Street, Mayfair, W1J 5EB (Charles Suite) The presentations will start at 6:00pm and finish at approx 8:00pm. After the presentations are complete the directors will also be available to take questions during a free canapé and wine reception

Again, plenty of buying today at 25p. Seller seems happy to offload them at that price. I topped up with another 50k today.

Again plenty of buys today, but the seller keeps reappearing and pushing the buy price back down to 25p. It was touching 26p for a while today, but nobody took the bait. I wonder how long the seller will be around. A great opportunity to be buying at this level -- reckon the price will rise 10-20% once he's cleared. All IMO of course.

Maybe worth noting that Paul Gardener-Chase, one of the founders and current FD, has increased his stake in Brightside by 23% having added a further 7.5m shares over the past 4 months. He is now the biggest inside shareholder with an 8.9% stake in the company.

Insiders have reduced their total shareholding from circa 41% to 25% during this period. Founders Arron Banks (a 13% holding last December) and John Gannon (8% last December) have exited altogether. Meanwhile, institutionss have raised their stake to more than 50% with Markerstudy taking an 11.4% stake and Cazenove also upping their stake by 50%. The major shareholding information in the header has been updated to reflect these significant changes over the past 4 months.

Not much reaction to the news on the market. We have seen little buying and little evidence of 'selling on the news' Perhaps we will see more activity on Monday after the week-end press and online reviews.

Good set of results but the market doesn't seem to be interested today - less than 50,000 shares traded so far! Both prtofits and dividends have increased but the single digit PER remains significantly undervalued in my opinion. I wonder whether they will execute their share buyback mandate in due course. Although I'm not generally in favour of this, it might just stimulate the shareprice if they were seem to be buying.

I think Edison was also forecasting a 2012 dividend of around 0.44p. The actual is 0.5p.
