They have appointed the brokers that Marcus Yeomans used for the RTO of ENTH by Diamond Life. The placing was done above the prevailing share price of ENTH, and has risen by a further 60% since.

Hopefully we can get an attractive deal here.

well only 47 million shares issued - small market cap, the've just appointed new brokers and advisors and someone has been steadily accumulating any loose shares! Last interims comment was:

"We have looked at a number of opportunities in a variety of sectors to date and
will continue to search selectively for the right value proposition for the
Company. We anticipate that the current non-executive Directors will be
compensated by the issue of warrants in the Company for the successful
identification and acquisition of a new trading operation.

Our aim is to have completed this process and seek shareholder approval for the
acquisition as soon as possible PRIOR TO 31 March 2007"

approx 3 weeks left - no brainer IMHO (DYOR)

can't see the point of appointing new advisors and brokers if it's going to be suspended!!

ii,

I've spoken to him a couple of times, but don't know him.

No idea why the ENTH deal was done first, other than that it was being lined up before BRF came around.

£7500 worth of buys raises the share price by nearly 25%

I'm starting to build a stake here, bought 150k today.

ENTH which is another Marcus Yeomans vehicle has been suspended, pending a deal. Hopefully we will see one here as well.

FWIW It was a question & my recollection from a previous company , but the Co in question was larger plus the £1m was inclusive of other one off costs.

Anyway moving swiftly on....

on a £100 million company that wouldn't be bad costs
unlikely to happen here though
