The Invesco increase was a mistake....an announcement from December. The replacement announcement just shows their actual % changing following an increase in share capital.
Nonetheless the AGM statement was positive so it should settle down soon.

Interesting - Invesco have increased holding by several million shares and the price falls?

I would expect this to change the other way. I wonder if there is a possible stake-building going on for a takeover, or perhaps just recognising value and getting in early ...

Quick search and no negative news obvious.

Plus the latest holding disclosure has Invesco pretty keen with just under 27% of the company.

Peel H have put out a full note this morning but this encapsulates - others have PT of 58p :

Breedon Aggregates (Buy TP 53p)

Great end to 2014, 2015 looks well set

Full-year results from Breedon were better than expected as mild weather in Q4 helped push results ahead. The outlook for the UK heavyside building market is good, because of increased infrastructure spending plans. This, combined with further market share gains and a flow of acquisitions, will see Breedon continue to grow faster than its peers. We raise our price target to 53p and retain our Buy recommendation.

Peter Tom was on Ian King Live last night which can only be good for the profile of BREE. House broker also maintained its 58p target post results. All good.

What is needed is for Breedon to get hold of some of the Lafarge assets that they are having to dispose of to meet competition concerns on the merger with Holcim. However there are a number of competitors such as CRH who are prepared to pay high figures for the same assets and Peter Tom will not overpay.

Thanks. I bought in last year but sold last month.
I feel it needs a div to spark serious buying

Petewy - debt might be up but so too is pretax profit - ratio 3:1 which is fine by me. When I first bought two years ago the ratio was 6:1 but I liked the the CEO's upbeat statement.

They must have been placed with institutions. If so it indicates an appetite for the stock.
