Directorate changes

Brave Bison notifies that Paul Marshall has been appointed to the board as a non-executive director with immediate effect, replacing John Barnett, who is stepping down as non-executive director due to increasing business commitments, as nominee director of Vesuvius Limited.

Paul Marshall is Managing Director of the family office Vesuvius Ventures Limited. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has previously held senior finance roles in a number of public companies including Rank Group Plc, Hard Rock Inc, PartyGaming Plc, Granada Group Plc and Forte Plc.
