                                as investment manager may exercise the voting rights of the shares of 
                                Brammer plc held by the Funds. EQMC holds 3.28%, while the percentage 
                             of the other fund Brammer's voting rights is below 3%. This notification 
                                           intends to cover the notification obligation of the Funds.
