Well if price of BRR stays at 2.1p and JLP stays at approx 37p - then the 15 for 1 offer works slightly in our favour - not by much but hey!!! lol MM

MY thoughts are that whereas before a JLP merger, we are essentially a "technology" company, after, we a the smelting/refinging arm of a MAJOR minerals company with huge resrves.

As I said, if you guiys watch BOTH vids (links posted above) I think you will be quietly confident.

If I had some spare cash, I'd be tempted to top up, but I'm "Sans emploi." again (for the moment)

lol..just read thr rns guys cheers anyway....well i think jlp will do better in the long run if they aquired brr....so i expect the shares to go up anyway over the next few months...reading previous posts on here some of you think it is a fair deal ...

and i saw some where a few months back now some one posted a chart for future platinum prices and it looked great for the next 10 years....even though brr wasbadly run i think the jlp will do a better job...and it's shares will climb higher with brr smelter plants...imho

Actually it was 15.818 x BRR = 1 x JLP.

been away for a while, and come back to see the last few months since april, very up and down.....what is the offer made by jlp and is it still worth buying into brr, the sentiment on management for brr i see is very low...if they cant do the job maybe jlp can....is the offer strong or not?

Extremely quiet on these threads.. I noticed a 500k buy just went though. A lot of action over JLP and BRR on Friday. Something seems to be up. checked JLP earlier couldn't even get 10k shares.. they should just buy BRR, it works out cheaper and you can still get in a decent quantity.

Just watched both the vid's from the links above, and the rationale seems quite logical when you watch them. It would appear we've now got 30% of a MAJOR mineral resource that's close to production, and with the technology and refining we should be cash positive VERY soon, and this would help fund a new larger scale smelter/refinery.

Might even be worth sniffing around to find out what the cost of mining is, to see if we can put some figures on it all.. (or has anyone already done that?)

Hi Guys, I know this was a good buy and was tipped to go flying , but since the jubilee acq the share has dropped to 2p and sideways.
What is now the target?Does one await news of BHP approving the project after feasibility study? or hope this goes up with platinum price?or what to do ?

share price is driven by jubilee. jubilee presenting a couple of times in the coming weeks, and conroast technology is still very much sort after. the commercialisation of the technology continues

If yes. Haven#t seen that before. Very interesting & I really do hope that the combined group will see a makor growth on the share price by at least 4 times & for many bleagured BRR shareholders poss a 1 bagger to get there money back. It was gr8 to hear that they will be cash flow positive virtually immediately & that we will have a clearer view of their combined strategy later this year. I feel it would be good to find out the numbers e are talking about regarding the combined profitability & armed with this information I guess the BRR shareholders will in all likelihood begin to see the merits of this merger & indeed average down on their entry point. The share price of JLP seems to have stopped falling & on release of some numbers I believe we could see significant upside. I have to admit I was impressed with the presentation! Time for more research I feel.
