Presumably, this is the Chevron deal for the 45% of their 40% interest in OML113 -

Looks like things are moving along -

'...Brady Exploration is at an advanced stage of completing a transaction with EER (Norway) Limited, a company with attractive oil and gas development assets in Nigeria. In particular, EER (Norway) Limited has just completed the acquisition of an interest in a major Nigerian oil and gas asset from Chevron for US$40 million.'

Looking at the CEO's bio page on the EER website, and against a background of indigenisation, it may not be in SAC's interest to bump EER out of 233. Probably better to stay partners...

Could be the issues of EERS indebtedness to sacoil that has been holding things up.Feel confident that when sacoil relists those debt issues will have been resolved.

I thought EER currently had interests in 3 assets, with one of those being at risk of being surrendered to SacOil.

"GBP237,035, principally comprising administrative expenses"

LOL, Should work from home far cheaper!

How do these AIM companies burn so much money?

It's certainly odd. The dates suggest that the loan was taken out to make investments necessary for them to maintain their 'investment company' status on AIM - which were announced on 25 September a few days after the loan was taken out. By repaying it shortly thereafter, it would not have appeared in the accounts at all. You will remember, of course, that the Interims showed around £350k cash at 30 June and yet by September they need a loan. Where's it gone?
