12/12/2016 23:43 | Hi Peny, that sounds a lot better than the first picture you painted ☺ I am sure you will really enjoy being back in harness again...do keep posting and take care in those hills through the winter. | optomistic
12/12/2016 23:14 | Evening opto. My No.1 son is taking a breather next year, so his old Dad has to step back up to the plate for a few months, just to polish the family jools. Although I won't be strictly nine to five, I won't have the freedom I've been used to of late. The monkey can look after my sb account, so he's definitely staying on board. | penycae
12/12/2016 20:57 | Good evening Peny. I do hope you get used to your new day job...and what about the monkey, is he going back to his creator? | optomistic

07/12/2016 09:46 | GOOGLE TRANSLATION FROM FRENCH Published on 07/12/2016 at 09h51 (Boursier.com) - If BP remains the preferred value of Barclays in the petroleum sector in Europe, the analyst also appreciates Total, whose target price was raised this morning from 55 to 56.50 euros. The consulting firm estimates that after a period of strong investment in the first part of the decade, the French oil major is clearly now in harvest mode of the efforts made, taking advantage of high margin projects and its efficiency program internal. Despite a difficult macroeconomic environment, progress in results will be visible by 2020, according to the specialist, who believes that the group will be able to continue to reduce its break-even ratio compared to oil prices. | sarkasm
06/12/2016 07:55 | Not true hellscream - you can live on the never never which has been the governments approach for the last 15 years (be it blue or red tinged) | joe say
06/12/2016 05:50 | looks like we're still paying the price for mass-immigration... FTSE and share price never going up now for nearly two decades. wealth tax in stealth Even david cammeron told us that 9/10 families receive some form of welfare.. someone has to pay. | hellscream
05/12/2016 18:53 | Good evening Bracke, not sure it's good to see you working weekends but I guess someone has to do it :-) However thanks for the figures, if it gets to 440 then I will be getting interested, like as if it gets to around 500 interest will again become more intense...now do have a nice relaxing evening. Mine is to start now with a drop of the amber nectar nothing exquisite but at £15 a litre at Morrisons it can't be bad :-))) | optomistic
04/12/2016 13:38 | Good day optomistic According to a couple of tables I have looked at the closing price on the 14 November was 433.45 and the share price dropped back to this level on the 16 November. Not withstanding gaps although there is a large one to the upside which it looked as though it would fill on Thursday 01 but was resisted at 477; the lower end of the gap. There is support at 460. If 460 fails the next support is at 439 and then 431. | bracke
01/12/2016 12:44 | Good timing optomistic! | prambigear
01/12/2016 12:06 | Bracke It appears we still have a small gap to fill on the 14/15 Nov, that could well be a good entry point if I am so lucky :-) ...and still got the divi to come for those sold as well. | optomistic
01/12/2016 11:57 | Good day optomistic It didn't quite reach 500 but not bad all the same. Just as well OPEC reached an agreement; whether it will hold is another matter; if they hadn't who knows where it would have gone. | bracke
01/12/2016 11:52 | Only a third Bracke :-) cash in hand now to rebuy if the op presents itself. Had OPEC not agreed on a cut the picture would have been somewhat different... | optomistic
01/12/2016 11:30 | WHAT!!! SOLD!!! | bracke
30/11/2016 18:33 | Sold a third of my holding today...just in case. | optomistic |
