The comment about the 400 million shares for Emex shareholders flooding the market doesn't make any sense. The shares will be issued in satisfaction of a convertible loan amount in the accounts at 0.40p. If you have been paid £1.6 million in shares for your company, why sell them for £800,000 with the share price currently at 0.20p bid.

Would agree. Seem a decent price if they can keep it out of suspension now. Would look for a bottoming here myself the next few days then maybe a move back to the low 30's as confidence comes back a bit.

Level 2 - best showing ask has now moved up to 0.30p (highest ask 0.35p).

28.4p paid for a couple of 1.7m/2m trades, as I type - with mm's having been paying over the bid.

Well, at least BOX is Back!Its never been easy being a long time BOX(TWL) holder but hopefully it'll be a good'un going forward with lots of growtb predicted imvho!

The board of directors of Boxhill (the "Board") is pleased to announce the final results for the 18 month period to 31 January 2016; details can be found below.

The Company is publishing its report and audited accounts for the 18 month period to 31 January 2016 to its website, www.boxhillplc.com, in accordance with the Company's article of association.

The suspension from trading of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange will be lifted at 07.30 am today and trading in the Ordinary Shares will recommence at 08.00 am today.

A further announcement regarding the reconvening of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") that was adjourned on 29 January 2016 will be made within the next two weeks.

ramas you are way off...suspension was due to PayCorp tax issues...and acquisition of Emex....

"During the period of suspension of trading in the Company's shares, growth in the business has continued. The payments division has continued to win new customers across all areas of e-commerce. With the additional services provided by Emex, the Company can now offer a more complete set of traditional and alternative payment services to customers. As part of this expansion, the Company has established a new 100% owned Maltese subsidiary, Boxhill Technologies (Malta) Limited ("BTM"), to focus on the expanding Maltese payments and gaming sectors."

this share isn't suspended for nothing - I suspect we will see a huge balance sheet hit or similar necessitating a fund raise - the sensible thing is the stock lists so mug punters can pile in and then .... slam forward selling and a fund raise. time will tell - maybe everything will go wonderfully well and the suspension was just a bad call .... could be a nice trading opportunity for the nimble footed .....

So, I can stop looking for the original EIS form (it is my last survivor from a long-ago disaster called the ARC2 EIS fund) which I thought I'd need to write it off a tax loss?

Its survival really is a source of minor amazement.
