25/4/2016 11:46 | Yes mine registering similarly. Won't let me sell it though ;-). Oh well. | trickyfrogman
24/4/2016 22:24 | I fear the decimal may need to go several more places leftward. It is nice to see the A/C standing at a couple of million pounds (more, I suspect, than BOX itself is worth), but I suppose I should phone Barclayshare in the morning to suggest that they sort it out.... and send me a good bottle of wine for honesty | vulgaris
24/4/2016 21:10 | be nice wouldn't it?.. move the decimal five places to the left and it would be about right! If we're lucky! | 113mike
24/4/2016 20:34 | On my Barclayshare A/C these have suddenly been attributed a value of GBP259.375/share. It doesn't seem very likely.... | vulgaris
15/4/2016 19:03 | I currently have 4 suspended stocks: tgl, adl, box and opra ! ;-) | andrbea

27/3/2016 10:24 | Thanks for that J.I guess we have the following to cling on to ?Should hear somthing soon...31. Going ConcernThe Group made an after taxation profit for the 12 months to 31 July 2015 of GBP503,000 (2014: loss for the year of GBP683,000) and an EBITDA profit of GBP655,000 (2014: loss of GBP172,000).The management have controlled costs and continued with the expansion of the business based on past acquisitions to produce a profitable Group of companies in the year ended 31 July 2015. The Group is forecasting further turnover growth and improved profitability in the forthcoming year.Given the trading results for 2015 and expected continuing and improving profitability for 2016, together with the additional capital available from the supporting shareholders, the Directors consider that the Group continues to be a going concern and they forecast that that there is sufficient funding in place to enable the continuance of the Group. | 113mike
27/3/2016 09:55 | Looks like box have updated the website at the bottom with new stuff including I think new site for prize provision. | johnyee 7
10/3/2016 08:19 | Think we have all lost it with this company now D2 | roofer2

26/2/2016 08:42 | Companies like these ruin it for every other company on AIM, total scandal | roofer2
18/2/2016 12:12 | Unprofessional in the extreme, as usual AIM company directors treat the PI with disdain, where is AIM regulation on this? Nilam Statham earn your salary? | a2584728
18/2/2016 10:01 | no response from Mike | the bounty hunter
18/2/2016 09:06 | It is a shame when things like this happen,I hope that BOX comes back but I doubt it. To say that Peter Jackson is a "clever" man would be accurate but not tell the whole story. | adh0
18/2/2016 08:52 | My portfolio has taken a big hit this morning as the share price & holding value has gone to n/a.Not sure whats going to happen next but can't help thinking its all gone belly up and its all lost or going to be massively diluted/ reduced value if it ever comes back!Sorry to be so gloomy but i'm very disappointed its all turned out like it has. | 113mike
13/2/2016 14:10 | The early release of results was a big con IMO, I'll be lucky to get out with anything | roofer2
11/2/2016 13:49 | That 25k turnover, and rising, was an input cost to BOX which they will no longer have to pay so it will increase their gross margin going forward. They also make the point that they are able to attract customers with Emex on board that they couldn't do otherwise. Against these benefits they will have taken on board Emex's costs which should provide scope for some rationalisation benefits. I was told that they expect the vendors of Emex to be long term shareholders, and if this is the case the vendors do see value in the deal going forward. For now we'll just have to wait and see. | mostyn
11/2/2016 08:40 | They will relist if only to rinse the 400m shares to cover the dubious valuation of Emix with 25k pm turnover all through box with loss of 13k. 1.6m valuation with 1.5m goodwill! After that good luck. | cliveas
10/2/2016 23:31 | Interesting that Razzel has been consistently unloading in prior months ? This feels like a 'bad news comes in threes' type announcement to me ... gl to holders | ramas
10/2/2016 17:17 | RNS readsok to me. Ringfencing the VAT issue whilst continuing to trade via Emix. Obviously advised to do this by lawyers / accountants and yed if anything was hidden in the due diligence process they would be able to claim on vendors or professional advisers. Lets hope it all sorts itself out soon | ayl30
10/2/2016 16:19 | Biggest Bill, I spoke to the company for clarification before I had seen your comment, and your comment is correct. "My understanding of these two sentences is that the payment processing business is retained within the group whilst they have ring fenced the potential vat liabilities in another company." That is basically how they explained it to me. They also said they have no reason to change previous guidance on trading - i.e. the business continues to do well. The one thing that there is no timescale for, is when the suspension will be lifted. We have to wait for the accounts to January 31st to be produced. | mostyn
10/2/2016 15:21 | I was actually relieved by the rns; it shows that there is nothing fundamentally wrong with the business. The vat issue is a sideshow and won't affect the profitability of the business going forward. | biggest bill |
