If the leak was the only reason the trading was suspended then why so long for the results, that's what I don't get. Frustrating

You might be pleasantly surprised, the results may well be stocking and we will see a full rerate on re_admission.

Roofer two ways to look at this if we weren't in suspension the share price would be lower anyway. I'm not bothered so long as the results are good, preferably in a favourable market!

This is a total disgrace, just not good enough, they know the time tables that they them selfs announced, I myself carnt trust a company that shows such disrespect to its share holders in this way, a big fine should be given to the CEO I'm out asap GLA

So..this from the trading update 2nd Dec......impressive growth in the transaction value numbers !...it all bodes well imvho...."The payments division has seen healthy growth in Q1/16 managing a total of 106,000 transactions compared to 42,000 in Q4/15, helped by new customers in UK, USA and Europe bought in via channel sales partners. Value of transactions handled has increased from US$63,578 and EUR2,591,998 in the Period May-Jul 2015 (Q4) to US$2,296,335 and EUR5,716,809 in the period August to October (Q1). The Company still has further integrations to complete and is in line with its target of one new major customer per week.

The AGM is on January 29th and investors need to have their proxy forms before then. It also wouldn't go amiss if they had a chance to read the accounts beforehand. The whole process has been a bit of a shambles. As I am currently positive on BOX I hope that it is purely an admin issue.

Seems to be taking along time to publish the accounts. I spoke to the CEO last week and he assured me that they had passed all the relevant information to the NOMAD by last Monday. I believe then that the NOMAD in conjunction with the LSE publish the relevant RNS. Obviously takes longer than I thought.

The strange thing is that The Bounty Hunter doesn't seem to have realised that what he posted was a leak. If he knew it was, he could have made a killing by buying as many shares as he could this morning.

Quite right Biggest Bill. There's more ineptitude than black ops in this world.

But Barclays would not be sent the accounts results RNS before the stock exchange. The accounts have not even been finalised according to today's RNS.

So TheBountyHunte over on LSE made that up.

He sent an extract from the draft. To be in possession of that he must be an insider.

So what's his real game?
