22/1/2016 15:29 | It looks like the public to private transition is going smoothly. | paxman
21/1/2016 07:40 | When did I say it was normal?Like many I have a lot of money in box. | johnyee 7
20/1/2016 11:58 | Interesting to know johnyee7 why you seem to think this is "situation normal?" | pyglet
20/1/2016 10:05 | I got my money in suspension asking for a good reason is not a de ramp, it's a genuine concern ATB R2 | roofer2
19/1/2016 17:25 | Derampers at the ready, never seen most of the people that have posted on here over the past few weeks. | johnyee 7
19/1/2016 13:37 | in fact a leak would normally accelerate the issuance rather than cause further delay ? | ramas
19/1/2016 12:47 | Roofer2Agree. If only a leak why the delay. Something doesn't add up | pyglet
19/1/2016 09:28 | If the leak was the only reason the trading was suspended then why so long for the results, that's what I don't get. Frustrating R2 | roofer2
19/1/2016 08:20 | You might be pleasantly surprised, the results may well be stocking and we will see a full rerate on re_admission. | a2584728
19/1/2016 07:46 | Roofer two ways to look at this if we weren't in suspension the share price would be lower anyway. I'm not bothered so long as the results are good, preferably in a favourable market! | newvest1
19/1/2016 07:41 | This is a total disgrace, just not good enough, they know the time tables that they them selfs announced, I myself carnt trust a company that shows such disrespect to its share holders in this way, a big fine should be given to the CEO I'm out asap GLA R2 | roofer2
18/1/2016 16:38 | At least there is a good chance that the results will be posted by the AGM - so there is a light at the end of the tunnel. If not then .......... | pyglet
18/1/2016 10:06 | So..this from the trading update 2nd Dec......impressive growth in the transaction value numbers !...it all bodes well imvho...."The payments division has seen healthy growth in Q1/16 managing a total of 106,000 transactions compared to 42,000 in Q4/15, helped by new customers in UK, USA and Europe bought in via channel sales partners. Value of transactions handled has increased from US$63,578 and EUR2,591,998 in the Period May-Jul 2015 (Q4) to US$2,296,335 and EUR5,716,809 in the period August to October (Q1). The Company still has further integrations to complete and is in line with its target of one new major customer per week. | 113mike
18/1/2016 09:33 | The AGM is on January 29th and investors need to have their proxy forms before then. It also wouldn't go amiss if they had a chance to read the accounts beforehand. The whole process has been a bit of a shambles. As I am currently positive on BOX I hope that it is purely an admin issue. | mostyn
18/1/2016 08:46 | Hope there's nothing negative in all this and its just an admin issue delay. | 113mike
18/1/2016 08:43 | Seems to be taking along time to publish the accounts. I spoke to the CEO last week and he assured me that they had passed all the relevant information to the NOMAD by last Monday. I believe then that the NOMAD in conjunction with the LSE publish the relevant RNS. Obviously takes longer than I thought. | pyglet
14/1/2016 07:33 | 'Expected publication of 2015 Annual ReportThe Board will publish the annual report and accounts for the year to 31 July 2015 in the first week of January 2016' | hydrus
11/1/2016 15:55 | And his name is TheBountyHunte on LSE for anyone interested. | paxman
11/1/2016 15:54 | Yes he did Biggest Bill. That's the whole point. Barclays did not have the results. | paxman
11/1/2016 15:42 | BiggestBill - Providing the share price goes up! | pyglet
11/1/2016 15:40 | The strange thing is that The Bounty Hunter doesn't seem to have realised that what he posted was a leak. If he knew it was, he could have made a killing by buying as many shares as he could this morning. | biggest bill
11/1/2016 15:37 | Let's not hope the suspension lasts long; surely should be out of suspension this week one would hope. | pyglet
11/1/2016 15:30 | The good news is that the extract makes very pleasant reading and it appears to be genuine, going from the company's reaction. | biggest bill
11/1/2016 15:02 | Quite right Biggest Bill. There's more ineptitude than black ops in this world. But Barclays would not be sent the accounts results RNS before the stock exchange. The accounts have not even been finalised according to today's RNS. So TheBountyHunte over on LSE made that up. He sent an extract from the draft. To be in possession of that he must be an insider. So what's his real game? | paxman |
