Couple of months ago, the Fat Man mentioned NewAge and their unexplained delays on Etinde last couple of years. So if they don't get their way, there will be more delay. No one with the right mind will bid for Etinde with NewAge and COC in charge.

Maybe but I don't think it's co-incidence that COC have come a knocking now, if NA are lined up then why now. Simple activity will be needed to finalise the x3 project plans.

Our share of Etinde MUST be held till appraisal for full value to be realised
if no fair value won't be paid after appraisal we have a holdig company that returns out share of the profits to us. I am happy to wait it out.

COC cannot loose. They are wholly unqualified to run an O and G business in any event - judging by the folk they put forward.

No project, no FID, no $25 million. No appraisal drills, $40 million due in 2020, cash returned 23.5pps. share price dropped to 10pps. No sale, no money coming in. Just a holding on company, no FID....... no money........., no drill..... no money........, no hope....

I however suspect he is being kept on because Billy Allen is a fool and is supporting a board that should have been fired after the vote.

the company has been put up for sale after the Vote , what does that tell you..it tells me that they want to feed as long as they can....and trigger their lovey options....and f...ck the shareholders.

Just like their underhand deal with VOG ..retaining main operator.

Log, there could be a good reason why KH has been kept on. IE> there is a compnay to run until a replacement is sought. I suspect the fact he hasn't been given notice (or has he - who knows) is due to an organisational need. Happens all the time in business.
