Interesting. You can't argue with the points on shareholder value having been destroyed. Bomono expenditure is an absolute disaster for no return.Whether crown's stooges are right for the job is perhaps questionable but shareholder activism is precisely what has been needed here for a couple of years

That is Jamesinvestment's twitter handle and he is dead right in that tweet. That board proposal would never work. In fact, it ignores the basic structure for any rounded board set up whether the company is in oil, carrots or jelly beans. They did act far too hastily with that ridiculous proposal.

If they veered towards a compromise in retaining the core essential board members, they would have hit a better chord.

I vote Hart out too. Can someone explain how COC went from over 13% down to 10.62% with no RNS. Is that due to some being held as an equity swap?

Will vote with Crown-Hart has had more than enough time and opportunity to show whether he is any good running a PlC owned by shareholders for their benefit. Given the assets and cash (blown) he is simply not up to it. If BLVN share price trajectory is all experienced oil guys are capable of achieving give me a couple of financial wheeler dealers any day. Couldn't do worse. imo

I think 50p would be nearer the mark than your 40p Stan, even though I would still have made money with a 40p take out.

Rather than being one of the predators KH has turned BLVN into a potential vulnerable prey victim.

They dont need anyone for Etinde as lukoil/ new age will call the shots , bomono has so far proven to be nothing more than a wet fart , so whats the NEED for certain board members ?
