CO certainly living up to their reputation as an aggressive activist investor. We need Bomono update and hopefully confirmation that FLNG approved.

City speculation that the Scottish firm was being stalked saw heavy trading in Bowleven’s shares before Dragon Oil issued a statement confirming it was exploring an offer. Tullow Oil, another UK-listed oil firm, had been rumoured to be lining up a bid for Bowleven before Dragon made its announcement.

Let's hope for movement this week. Perhaps KH will be ousted before 2 Feb.

So the London meeting is either going to be a triumph or a wake for Kevin. He will either explain why the merger is a good idea going forward or why they can't do anything but batten down the hatches and watch the pennies whilst camgov dither yet again. Bomono is of no interest to Cameroon.

Does anyone know why the Ferrostaal Fertiliser Plant is so lack of progress and yet it is so important to the Cameroonian Government?

Sticky toffee pudding i still love after trying it at Cartmel.
Big kid in all men :)

Not really going to drill in their actual back yards but lancs in general.
Visiting such beautiful places like that in the UK gives pause for thought to anyone in the fracking industry.

Conscience rears its ugly head every time i attend an anti-fracking meeting but then my ex-pat but still patriotic part comes in, with the knowledge that i do firmly believe that the UK needs now more than ever to embrace alternative energy exploration as i prefer to call it, if it is to be a "Global & Independent UK" as TM has stated in her new tag line.

Agree, whenever I holiday in the lakes I try and arrange things to take in a day's racing at CARTMEL. Excellent day out.

You never know, this time they could be handing the cash to you :)
I mostly go to Ayr when i am over as it's just down the road from my golfers man-cave in Troon.
There is something about smaller racecourses that the likes of Cheltenham and Ascot have lost through too much commercialism. I spent one day at at a little course in Cartmel which is tiny but it was a lovely day with the locals in the pub afterwards. Pity we are about to drill in their backyards :)

Let's hope studying the Time-Form instead of the accounts, doesn't take up to much of his time, he might misplace another couple of mil.

Another fruitless private shareholders meeting planned. Complete waste of time.
