17/10/2016 14:36 | No its not a terrible update, I think its an update to try an appease the investors that they are diligent and on the right path. I think Hart is feeling the heat, the share buyback has turned out a bit of a rush job to try and get the share price up to 30p. The biggest damage Kevin done this year was to announce the Aminex deal, even though it fell through after the share price never made back the fall from the announcement. Bowleven is in good shape, and trading at a discount to cash value now must be really frustrating for them. Is it just me, maybe I`m wearing Rosey glasses but this seems like a buy at 24p especially when the share Buyback is due to recommence in a few weeks. | donpatrol
17/10/2016 13:58 | Will listen later - on train and poor wifi. What is he saying about possible acquisitions etc? | fluffy_dog

16/10/2016 22:46 | Emptyend they went into a closed period shortly after starting the buyback program - doh! expect them to start buying again after results are out with a steady uptick in the price following the restart of buyback | d1nga

16/10/2016 08:37 | Should vote at the AGM to freeze all salaries until an income is achieved ! That would be a great incentive to move forwards. | grahambr
14/10/2016 17:54 | Actually producing some would be a start. | fireplace22
14/10/2016 17:32 | I wonder if Cameroon will demand a discount deal off KH for the gas! | targatarga
14/10/2016 16:53 | The buyback really was pretty odd. A couple of weeks token effort then nothing. The only time the shares have been above the current price in 2016 is during the two weeks when the company was buying them back at a premium of 10-20% compared to rest of year. | emptyend
14/10/2016 16:16 | ....but unfortunately not for BLVN. ......then again 26p may just swing it! | fireplace22
14/10/2016 16:15 | 26p per share all cash offer | specul82

14/10/2016 16:09 | With development and drilling cost likely to be at a discount of 40%, the development cost will be at around 84 million dollars. | tli8jaguar
14/10/2016 11:55 | Sold half my shares recent weeks. Hart were to buy a producing asset he would likely over pay for it be it in cash or shares. Bomono? Is it a money pit, will it generate much cash if Cameroon eventually sign it off? Etinde delayed? My fear is the worst yet to come. If drills go ahead $140m 50/50 cash/debt $70M needed for Etinde, find it hard to believe they will have anywhere near this amount of cash left over the next two/three years at current burn rate. The current buyback, in time will it prove just another waste of cash? All points to a further placing with favoured ii's, dilution. A takeover is shareholders only hope, Hart needs to walk before the cash is gone. | roubini paulio
14/10/2016 10:11 | Ramayer I don't think you will have long to wait, the IIs are already involved. | slipanchor3
13/10/2016 08:38 | Surely suspended for the closed period? They didn't set it up very well, could easily have kept it running during. | spectoacc
13/10/2016 08:36 | What ever is happening to the the share buy back | specul82
13/10/2016 06:15 | Kevin & BLVN blame the macros. Sure, they ain't pretty for the past 18 mths. But many other oilers have recovered. Some have doubled and tripled since the lows. Blvn is stuck with an air of inertia and inaction. It will only change when Etinde gets go ahead....at that point it will rerate. Until it is like watching paint dry at shareholders expense. I have gradually sold out at a massive loss. I will be back in but for now there are much better prospects. | leoneobull
12/10/2016 20:36 | "Sold half my holding this week. Love the assets, hate the monthly burn of cash" Similar here @corpbren, and will be selling what's left into the buyback when it resumes. | spectoacc |
