Board Changes
BOS Global Holdings NL ("BOS" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), is pleased to advise that Mr. Larry Shutes, Mr.
Murray Bergin, Mr. Mark Uren and Mr. David Ireland have joined the Board of BOS as independent non-
executive directors. The Company also announces the resignation with effect from today, of Mr. Glenn
Featherby and Mr. David Grannell. Mr. Michael Travia and Mr. Mark Reilly remain on the board as executive
directors. Mr. Reilly has stepped down from the position of Managing Director and Mr. Travia has assumed
this position.
These board changes are in accordance with the proposed changes set out in the AIM Admission Document that
was released on 22 July 2016. Further details of the incoming directors are included in appendix A below.
No further disclosures are required pursuant to the requirements of Schedule Two, Annex III part (g) of the
AIM Rules for Companies.
Michael Travia commented: "Mr. Featherby has been non-executive chairman since 2 August 2004 and Mr.
Grannell was appointed non-executive director on 4 April 2005. I would like to take this opportunity to
thank our outgoing directors for their assistance with the readmission process and their invaluable
contributions during their time with the Company and wish them all the best in their future endeavours."
