The company is clearly on a rampfest at the moment. Throwing out an RNS everyday this week. None of any financial value whatsoever. All international patent applications are accepted unless you do something stupid like try to register the trademark name Apple.

The key announcement was the appointment of Peterhouse Finance Limited as broker. That smacks of only one thing a heavily discounted placing. Everything else can and should be binned.

Well I will trust tech buisness ,rest all you canot be sure,I know isolution products,their products are not excellent but not bad ,so avg,Bos 360 integration and deployment would be easy and product will get mature ,since Bos management is well known in accountancy business so they can easily sell their products to existing clients.Yes 30p can b possible in 18 -24 months time if sales of tech reaches 2m.

Lots going on to re-rate this SP:- another £100K of CLN's to convert at 6p (and all conversion shares are locked in for 12 months),- asset sales - Tech business about to start generating revenue- CLN's will be converting at 16p from December 2016 (also subject to a 12 month lock-in).This could easily re-rate to 10p-12p over the next few weeks.
