Metro AG ("Metro") announces its intention to sell 156,621,525 ordinary shares held indirectly in the Company (the "Placing Shares"), being its entire shareholding in the Company. The Placing Shares are held directly by Metro Cash & Carry International Holding B.V. (an indirect subsidiary of Metro) and represent approximately 9% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.

I have held these a long time and been very pleased. Whats this going to do to the price?

Yes! Second bite at Affers for me too having bought at 99 on the initial fall and sold at 110 the same day. Looks to be choppy there for a while. I was impatient with BOK before and missed the rise so will be aware it can be a slow churner. Anyway off to Singapore today for some concerts so dealing will be more difficult.

I've bought back in today. Clearly past 130p now which was proving short term resistance. Fundamentals are good, all news has been positive, massive amount of cash, and well off its highs. Seems like a good time for the share price to shine and regain lost ground. Trading update due in a few weeks too which should provide even more momentum. BOK usually performs well in the latter part of the year so expect the trend to continue, especially as xmas buying starts to kick in.

Getting much above 130p is proving a bit troublesome but it keeps trying. Hopefully just a matter of time. Once it can clear that level, next stop 140p, then 150p judging by the chart.
