Nasty Gal Acquisition Completion
Following the announcement on 9 February 2017, boohoo.com plc ("the Group"), the leading online fashion retailer, today announces that it has completed the acquisition of certain intellectual property assets and customer databases from retailer Nasty Gal Inc. ("Nasty Gal") for US$20 million. The transaction will be financed through a combination of the Group's existing cash resources and a new bank debt facility of GBP12 million. The Group will consolidate Nasty Gal from 1 March 2017.
